I am Roos Demol, a passionate refugee and IPA advocate and activist, living in Ireland since 1998. I am the CEO and co-founder of International Community Dynamics, trading as Recruit refugees Ireland.

I have been involved in many other activities and have spoken at events and workshops for organisations such as Tech4Good, Ibec, IHREC, and many others.

I have presented and produced a radio show for and by migrants and also a world music radio show.

This is a blog/podcast about those stories of everyday lives, the struggles, and the pleasures of people who made Ireland their new home. By publishing our stories we hope to eliminate some prejudices and help combat racism.
